BOOKMARKS FOR CHARITY

I created hand-painted bookmarks which were mailed to individuals who provided proof of donation to a local food bank. It raised over $300 for various charities across the country.

Kinetic Health and Performance - 2017

EMS FITNESS TESTING

I was involved in the testing protocol for EMS candidates undergoing the physical assessment portion of their application process. My primary role was timing the candidates. I also assisted with set-up and take-down of the course.

Canada Games Complex - 2016

CARDIAC REHAB ASSISTANT (HEALTHY HEARTS)

I supervised participants and lead exercise classes in the Healthy Hearts rehabilitation program. Assisted with biometric readings like heart rate and blood pressure.

Inside Ride - 2015

CO-COORDINATOR

Co-organized a charity event raising money for individuals and their families impacted by cancer. Participants were in teams and rode on stationary bikes. We raised over $10,000.
